until we have accepted and confirmed that particular booking with you,
by way of direct call or return SMS/

All of our fares are based on
one(
1)
pick-up and
one(
1)
drop-off; for
additional pick-ups/
drop-offs,
customers are advised to request a quote,
and provide an e-mail /
mobile phone number,
where the agreed quote is to be sent, prior to
their journey taking place. Failure to agree on a fixed fare for multiple pick-ups/drop-offs at the time of booking, would attract additional charges, where a taximeter is to be used as a fare calculator between the non-agreed pick-up/drop-off points. This charge will be in addition to your initial agreed fare.
All
return and
one-
way journeys into Sittingbourne, unless otherwise stated, must be paid in
